As with most of the richest food cultures of the world, our beginnings are rooted in necessity. Founder, Adam Lee from Grand Prairie, La., moved here to New Orleans and quickly realized that missing from local cuisine was the hand made authentic Cajun specialty meats that he was used to back home. He soon began making original Cajun boudin, smoked pork sausage, tasso and cochon-de-lait, among other items and quickly realized a business concept that would be full of authenticity, originality and flavor. These items are unique in and of themselves and have been utilized to create a menu that sets itself apart.
Recently, Lee’s Cajun Cuisine & Specialty Meats has found a permanent home at Rendon Inn located at 4501 Eve Street in New Orleans. We are open and serving our delicious food on Monday-Thursday from 11am-Midnight & 11am-1am on Friday and Saturday.
Our Weekday Buffet is available Monday-Friday from 11am-3pm, and follows a daily selection of lunch with a Cajun twist.
Weekend Brunch is served Saturday & Sunday from 11am-3pm.
